Yoga for Artists

Join Rachel G this month on July 20th for our Third Saturday Workshop Series! This months workshop is “Yoga for Artists” a sequence designed to help balance the strain of repetitive work. A blend of traditional Astanga and Iyengar in a modern Vinyasa style flow which will include shoulder and hip opening, neck and wrist relaxing, and breathwork to clear the mind and inspire creativity.
