Lunchtime Yoga now on Monday and Thursday

A midday pause for Yoga is such a great way to spend your lunch hour!! Spending 45 minutes moving, stretching and breathing will help you to increase your energy and productivity the rest of the day. We now are offering 2 45 minute Lunchtime Yoga classes: Monday with Megan which will be a more active, energizing practice to rev you up for the week ahead and Thursdays with Sandy which will be slower paced and relaxed to match your energy level at the end of the week. These classes are both by donation and run from 12:00-12:45 so they fit within your lunch hour, arriving a few minutes late is fine and so is leaving a few minutes early because we understand that life happens.
