Body Alive Yoga presents: Healthy, Happy Hips Yoga Intensive Jan 22-25th

RachelG and Megan of Body Alive Yoga are looking forward to leading the upcoming Happy, Healthy Hips Yoga Intensive Jan 22 and 23rd! This intensive will help you enhance your flexibility, loosen areas of tension and strengthen areas of weakness in and around your hips or pelvis.

Because your hips are in close proximity and have symbiotic relationships with both of your legs and your spine, this intensive will explore stretches and strengthening movements to help you access the many muscles and tissues in these key support structures. Also, learn a little more about your skeletal and muscle structures to give you a deeper understanding of what you are working with and on.

 

Friday January 22nd from 6-8:30pm                                                                                                                                                                       (Friday will be a slower more gentle style practice with longer holds)
Saturday January 23rd from 9am-12pm                                                                                                                                                        (Saturday will be an active flow followed deep stretches)

$65 (plus tax) for both sessions
Dropins available for $40/session (plus tax)
