Are you curious about how Yoga can help you feel stronger, less pain and more focused?                      Would you like to learn the fundamental basic aspects of Yoga and feel safe and empowered doing so?

Our 8 Week Beginners Yoga Series will introduce you to the basic core concepts of Yoga, so you can start to practice safely and confidently. Over the five weeks you will heighten your body and self awareness, learn more about your breath and its role in Yoga and be introduced to key elements that will help you build a stable base for more learning and practice. By the end of the 8 weeks you will notice positive changes in your body, your overall wellness and energy levels, both on and off the mat

Class series runs from July 11th until Aug 29th, every Monday from 4:45-6pm.

$89 (plus tax) for the whole series
$15 (plus tax) Dropin per class
