8 Week Beginners Yoga Series starts Monday March 7th

Have you been wanting to do yoga but want to make sure you start at the beginning and build your skills, knowledge and confidence to practice safely? Are you interested in learning more about the fundamental aspects of the Yoga practice to deepen your existing base? Are you curious about what all the Yoga fuss is about and want to see if Yoga is a good fit for you?

For all of these reasons and more Body Alive Yoga’s Beginners Yoga Series is the perfect class for you! Come and learn about basics of the Yoga practice and how they all fit together to be a full body and mind experience and exploration. Each class will have its own focus and theme, yet will always include: breath and postural awareness, learning the key alignment principles for the poses we are working on, and focusing our mind to help us experience quiet and calm both on and off the mat.

$89 (plus tax for the full 8 week series), you can join in at anytime and the cost will be pro-rated to reflect the number of weeks left.
