Want to live to 100? Do Qi Gong!

Dr. Oz, America’s favorite cardiothoracic surgeon, was asked on the Oprah show what he would recommend as the one practice people do to stay healthy.  His response was as follows:

“If you want to be healthy and live to 100, do Qigong.”  Dr. Oz also stated that Qigong reverses the aging process.

QiGong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention; its also practiced for health maintenance, healing and increasing vitality. Qi <Chee> the life force/vital-energy and Gong <Gung> means skill cultivation. QiGong (Chi Kung) simply put as cultivation of energy. QiGong is different from Yoga primarily because it requires slower more gracious movements to harness your electromagnetic field. We are excited to offer Qi Gong every Monday @7am, taught by Enrique.
