Ready, set, cleanse!

Truth time: The first time I did a cleanse I cheated the whole time. Yep, there I said it. It was harder than I realized and I managed to find every excuse to eat other foods and drink coffee. The cleanse was meant to last 28 days and I didn’t even make it 10 before I gave up completely and went back to my old ways. Even though I gave up early, I still learnt some valuable lessons about self love, personal accountability and will power. These lessons have stuck with me and inspired me do other cleanses (successfully:)) since then.

Cleanses are a valuable tool in living well and feeling great and have become quite popular over the last few decades for good reasons.
