21 Days of Yoga Challenge

In just a week we are beginning our 21 Days of Yoga Challenge, in which we are committing to practicing Yoga everyday for 21 days. What a fabulous way to get back to yourself and regroup after the holiday season!! Although it may seem daunting at first, your body and mind will quickly adapt and soon will be longing for the peaceful effect that Yoga has on you. The benefits of Yoga start in your body and mind and quickly trickle into your outer world, through the balancing effects on your sleep, mood, energy and stress levels.

There are so many reasons to embark on such a challenge and we can’t wait to hear yours, but in order to inspire you we have come up with a few reasons why you should join us: to start a regular Yoga practice, to rekindle your practice, to honor your New Years intentions, to take some time for yourself everyday, to move your body daily, to see what will happen when you commit to a daily routine, because you haven’t done anything like this before, because you want to develop discipline, because you want to feel fabulously strong, grounded and peaceful, why wouldn’t you do this: you deserve to feel your best!!!
